Capers, salt and the Lipari kitchen
A kitchen morning built around three ingredients the islands actually live on.
Not a cookery class so much as a morning in a working kitchen: caper buds in salt, tuna preserved in oil, and the flat bread they make on Lipari that nobody outside the islands has heard of.
You cook four things and then eat them. The point is technique you will use at home rather than a certificate.
